Kerr County A/C & Heating was a breath of fresh air, pun intended, from the initial call to schedule an appointment to the end of the repair. Kyle first listened to me drone on and on, listening intently, about my experience with my climate control system, informed me of different possible scenarios and discussed corresponding solutions. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair and never came across as being hurried. I will be using Kerr County A/C & Heating for service and any repair or replacement needs I may encounter going forward. I scheduled a meeting with Clint Lambert with Kerr county AC/Heating for a single room split system. We met and he conducted a check for location and placement of the unit then checked out the electrical location that was currently available. He then measured the room size and made his recommendations for the unit size , necessary BTU’s needed etc. He then recommended the brand and model number along with a total price for the complete job. He then explained all the warranty’s for the system. He was through, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions completely. And we are now moving forward with the project. I will let you know how it goes. This service was free of charge. Called them on a Monday with my drain line clogged and water had been dripping through the second outlet all over my patio which is tile and a huge rust stain was created. I was told they could get someone out between 4 and 6 that same day. They serviceman was prompt, very informative and rerouted my drain line as it was not properly installed correctly when home was built. I signed up for their maintenance program and am so glad I found this company through their high rating on google.
