I scheduled a meeting with Clint Lambert with Kerr county AC/Heating for a single room split system. We met and he conducted a check for location and placement of the unit then checked out the electrical location that was currently available. He then measured the room size and made his recommendations for the unit size , necessary BTU’s needed etc. He then recommended the brand and model number along with a total price for the complete job. He then explained all the warranty’s for the system. He was through, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions completely. And we are now moving forward with the project. I will let you know how it goes. This service was free of charge. Called them on a Monday with my drain line clogged and water had been dripping through the second outlet all over my patio which is tile and a huge rust stain was created. I was told they could get someone out between 4 and 6 that same day.
