The installation was completed and temperature inside house began to drop. However, shortly thereafter, it began to rise. An after hours call was answered and service technician immediately came out and removed obstruction in plumbing where the condensate travels thru the drain. Afterwards, temp dropped quickly and problem was fixed. Thank you, Kerr County AC!

I'll be getting them out soon for my six month HVAC check. Please see my April 22, 2026 update at the end of this admittedly long, multi-year post. Next time I'll update at the beginning, rather than the end. I've worked with Kerr County AC & Heating Services for about 18 months, both for my home's system and that at my rental property.  I've been exceptionally well pleased with the service provided and the quality of the work. I recommend them very highly! Updated on July 12, 2024:  It's now been over two years that I've been working with J.R. and his team of professionals.  They've installed a new heat pump at my house, which I love, and explained how to make it run efficiently.  They've also helped keep an older system working on my rental property, until the time is right to replace it.  In addition to being knowledgeable professionals, they're also really decent people. J.R. recently came out to discuss the type of air filter I'd need for better internal air quality. Since I didn't know what kind to purchase, he selected the filter and ordered it for me, which I'll be doing myself in the future. I've worked with many contractors over the years, and Kerr County AC & Heating is among the best! Highly recommended! Updated August 7, 2025. JR came over to install my new ac filters and made sure I know what kind to order on the future. Much appreciated! Highly recommended! Updated January 24, 2026 Alex came out to perform my routine HVAC check, just in time for the winter storm. I highly recommend this service as it provides peace of mind that my system is always functioning properly. Updated April 22, 2026. Alex came out for a routine maintenance check on the AC unit in my rental property. In the process he discovered that the voltage coming into the unit was higher than recommended levels. He recommended I contact KPUB to find out why this is occurring. I've done that and am waiting for a response. I appreciate Alex calling attention to this situation, so I can be proactive about it.
